自立すること、ゆだねること

 

遅かれ早かれ、私たちの中で神を見出そうとする内なる力が目覚めます。

この聖なる願望は私たちを霊的な人生へと促します。が、私たちは神を見出す必須の条件としてまず、自分たち自身を見出さなくてはならないことをしばしば思い知らされます。

真にゆだねることが可能となるためには、自己に根ざす深い感覚が必要なのです。

敬愛する神であろうと、あなたのパートナーであろうと、パスワークの第一段階における、本来の目的は自立にあります。依存的な部分に対して意識を研ぎ澄まし、捉えがたいものの、捉える事も可能なこの部分を手放します。内なる子供を認めるということは、責任から解放され、自ら創り出した結果に直面することです。真の自由は、自分の内なる源—すなわち無限に湧き出る内なる泉—から自分たちを支えてくれるものを得られた時、現われます。

真の癒しとは、私たちがしっかりと己を取り戻し―自分の両の足で立ちつつ、

より偉大なる自己にゆだねている状態です。

パスワークのあらゆるツール（プロセスワーク、瞑想、儀式　・・・）を使いながら、

このワークショップでは私たちの精神の内なる次元を探っていきます。

Workshop "Autonomy and Surrender"

The inner pull to find God awakens in all of us sooner or later. This Holy Desire is what impels our spiritual life. All too often we fail to realize that it is necessary to find ourselves first, as a prerequisite to finding God.

A deep sense of self is needed before true surrender can occur - whether that surrender is to the love of a partner or to the Divine. The primary aim of the first stage of the Pathwork is autonomy. Raising awareness of and releasing our subtle, and not so subtle, dependencies. Accepting our inner child demands to be relieved of responsibilities or to face the effects of our creations. Real freedom arises when we can gain our own sustenance from our own inner resources - the inner infinite well.
Our true salvation is both in owning our lives fully - standing on our own two feet while also surrendering to the Greater Self.

Using the many tools of the Pathwork (process work, meditation, ritual ...) we will explore these inner dimensions of our psyche in this workshop.

Brian O'Donnell Ph.D has been involved with the Pathwork for 31 years.  He is a student, senior Helper, supervisor, teacher who has the pleasure to travel the world to share this amazing teaching.  Brian is also a psychologist in practice in Ann Arbor Michigan.  As an athelete and meditator he loves engaged movement and engaged stillness.
