Claiming the Real You –

by discovering your "Higher Self, Lower Self and Mask"

This begins a series of workshops that address many unresolved areas in your life with tools in understanding your pain, fear, frustration and your separation to love. The first workshop we will explore in-depth the concept of, "Higher Self, Lower Self and the Mask". Learning basic concepts with process work in dealing with your personal fears, images and wounding.

Pathwork is a spiritual path which helps to resolve everyday problems as well as ultimate questions of existence. This path leads to inner peace, security and a sense of being meaningfully connected to the universe. The purpose of Pathwork is to strip off the Mask Self, to penetrate into and understand the Lower self by exposing it to the light of consciousness, and to establish permanent contact with the Higher Self.

This workshop will explain:
 "The Higher Self" the divine spark inside your heart
 "The Lower Self" consists of common faults, individual weakness, ignorance and laziness
 "The Mask" pretending to be someone you are not, but think that is how you must be to be accepted

Alana H. Lambros, an active teacher with the Pathwork of California Organization and Energy Healer will guide you through these feelings. You will explore the origin of these feelings through the use of Pathwork materials, meditation, visualization techniques and Alana's intuitive skills.

In this second Workshop, "Defense", we will explore where you defend in your Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritually Body and its Effects.

We will cover basic concepts in applying the processes described by the Guide
. Releasing stuck energy inside the body through emotional pain
. Finding the cause of your defenses towards your family, relationship and/or career
. Believing any hurt, frustration, criticism, rejection is a danger - I must guard against
. Further isolation from love

Alana has studied the Principles of Pathwork for 14 years. She is a Certified Pathwork Helper. Alana serves as a member of the Council of Pathwork of California and is an active teacher leading a new program called, "Pathwork Daily Practice".


In addition to her Pathwork curriculum she is recognized as an Intuitive Medium. She is a graduate of "The School for Enlightenment and Healing", a Healing Touch Practioner, and has been involved with Hospice work, guiding people through the dying process with grace.

Alana's other skills include film and television producer, professional dancer, and keynote speaker on the benefits of energy healing for cancer survivors.

Alana is currently providing sessions for individuals, couples and teenagers, in person and by phone. These sessions help people to understand and excel in their lives through the implementation of the principles and philosophies of the Pathwork teachings. She also offers Lecture Studies classes and Process Groups in Studio City, Beverly Hills and the Orange County area.
